Editing Templates

Account Administrators can access this feature.
 Available in the Peer Networking, Mixed Networking, Open House, and Expo event types.

A template can be edited by clicking its title or selecting Manage > Edit. Editing a template is very similar to editing an event. In fact, the controls are identical to the ones used to edit an event

Adding Representatives & Booth Owners to Templates

Representatives and Booth Owners can be added to templates, making it easy for the same users to be assigned to newly created events or all events in a series. To add users, simply navigate to the template’s booths settings or representatives screens as you normally would when editing an event.

Please note that representatives and booth owners will not receive emails when they are added to a template, and booth owners do not have access to editing a template booth. They will only be notified and/or have access when the template is applied or used to create a new event or series.
