Account Administrators can access this feature.
To Broadcast messages during a live event
- Navigate to the Settings of your event, then select Broadcast Message.
- Click Add Message to open a new message window.
- Input your Title and Message, and select your message display settings and click save.
Tip: Your message will display to all attendees if you do not specify a target audience.
All broadcast messages will appear at the bottom right corner of screens of the selected attendee groups in a live event. The message will remain on the screen until the attendee closes the box.
If you choose to show only to certain booths, anyone who enters those booths or is in line to chat in those booths will see the broadcast message.
