Enable Skype

Account Administrators can access this feature.
 Available in the Mixed Networking, Open House, and Expo event types.
 Enable this feature to allow representatives to Skype a participant to follow-up a chat.

Enable Skype for your event:

  1. Navigate to the Registration section of your event, then select the form you'd like to edit.
  2. Click to Add Field
  3. In the editing panel, under Field Type select Skype Name.
  4. Click save to add this field to your registration form.

Tip: Users must have a Skype account, and Skype installed on their device in order to use this feature in a live event.
