Use Multi-Chat in a Live Event

Account Administrators can enable this feature for all participants to use in live events.
 Available in the Peer Networking, Mixed Networking, Open House, and Expo event types.
 Multi-chat allows you to make the most of your time by connecting in up to four different chats simultaneously.

Use Multi-Chat as a Participant

If multi-chat is enabled for your peer group in the live event, you will be able to enable this feature once you enter your first chat. On the left-hand side of your chat screen, select the number of simultaneous chats you would like to experience.

Tip: If you do not see the "Simultaneous Chats" option during live chats, multi-chat is not enabled within your peer group in the event. 

When a new chat arrives, it will automatically appear on the left sidebar and be marked as "New."  Use the tabs, to navigate between chats as shown in the image below.
