Drop-Off Note

Account Administrators and Booth Owners can access this feature.
 Available in the Mixed Networking, Open House, and Expo event types.
 Enable this feature to allow participants to email you if they're unable to wait to chat in a live event.

To enable Drop-off Note functionality

  1. Navigate to the representative tab within the booth.
  2. In the Drop-Off Notes section, enter an email address where you would the notes to be sent.
  3. Hit save.

Once the event is live, attendees will see the option to drop off a note inside the booth.  All notes will be sent to the email you provided when you enabled the feature.
