Conversion

  • View Job: the number of unique views to the job landing page.
  • Provided email: the number of candidates that signed up for the event from this job landing screen by providing their first name, last name and email address.
  • Registered: the number of candidates that viewed this job landing screen and went on to complete and submit the eventregistration form.
  • Attended event: the number of candidates that registered through this job landing screen and attended.

Next Steps

  • Chats: the number of candidates that chatted about this job within the event. If a booth exists for the job, this includes all candidates that chatted in the job centric booth, even if they did not register through that job's landing screen. If no booth exists for this job within the event, this will only track the number of candidates that registered to chat about this job and went on to chat.
  • Interview: the number of candidates that chatted about this job marked as "Interview".
  • Screen further: the number of candidates that chatted about this job marked as "Screen Further".
  • Pipeline: the number of candidates that chatted about this job marked as "Pipeline".
  • Started Application: the number of candidates that clicked on the job's "Apply URL." If there is a booth for a job within an event, any candidates that enter the booth can click Apply from the booth itself or during the one on one chat. If no booth exists for a job, only candidates that registered through a job landing screen will have access to the job description and apply URL. They will see both the job description and apply URL during a one on one chat in a non-job booth.
